The Weight Thing: Day 31

Yesterday, I actually woke up early enough for breakfast. Karen made me a muffin with egg and ham.

At work, I had a Diet Coke (caffeine) with my lunch of corn chowder and apple slices. A bit later, I had black cherry yogurt. And then I had a Coke (sugar/caffeine).

For dinner, we had pork chops, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes. For dessert, we had ginger bread with vanilla ice cream.

Also: I picked up some special gel inserts for the heels of my shoes. We'll see how that works for walking!
