The Weight Thing: Day 17

I didn't have breakfast.

For lunch, I went to the Hibernian for a blackened pork chop, cinnamon apples, and mashed potatoes with a sweet iced tea (sugar/caffeine). For dessert, I braved a slice of chocolate cake.

I drank a Diet Mountain Dew (caffeine) at work.

For dinner, I had a couple of slices of pizza from Papa John's and a Dr Pepper (sugar/caffeine). Also had some black cherry yogurt.

No walking - heel still hurts. Blargh.
