The Weight Thing: Day 18

For breakfast yesterday, I had a pumpkin spice latte and a blueberry muffin.

For lunch, I had leftover pizza.

At work, I drank one regular Pepsi (sugar/caffeine) and one Diet Mountain Dew (caffeine).

For dinner, I had a Wendy's double cheeseburger, a bowl of chili, and a sweet iced tea (sugar/caffeine).
