The Weight Thing: Day 27

Slept in. Went to Mimi's for lunch. I had unsweetened iced tea (caffeine) with meat loaf stroganoff, a cup of chicken gumbo, and a couple of pieces of bread (one of them carrot raisin bread).

For dinner, Karen made tuna melts and tomato soup. I had organic black cherry creme soda (sugar) with the meal. It was tasty!

One apple for dessert.
