The Weight Thing: Day 25

I really need to start getting up earlier, but I didn't on Thursday. No breakfast.

For lunch, Dan and I went to Pei Wei. I had Mongolian beef, brown rice, and a sweet iced tea (caffeine/sugar).

During the day at work, I had one Coke (caffeine/sugar) and a Diet Coke (caffeine).

For dinner, Karen, Stefan, and I went to Red Robin. I had a bacon cheddar cheeseburger with a side salad, sweet iced tea (caffeine/sugar) and iced water.

For dessert, I had an apple.

It was raining, so no walking. My heel feels much better, so I should be back on course to conditioning myself again.
