The Weight Thing: Day 16

For breakfast, I had hot apple and cinnamon oatmeal.

Had a Diet Mountain Dew (caffeine) at work.

For lunch, ate leftover meatball stroganoff with Pepsi (caffeine/sugar). Also had some black cherry yogurt.

For dinner, Karen made pork chops and parsnips. I drank Coke Zero (caffeine).

No walking due to rain and, get this, some kind of injury to my left heel. Feels like a tendon problem. Blurgh.
