Well, plenty of self-snarking in this episode - including Echo calling Topher "dangerously incompetent." Why, if that's not the pot calling the cook ... er, no, that just doesn't work quite right.
Basically, this whole episode amounted to getting rid of Reed Diamond.
I'm okay with that.
