The Weight Thing: Day 9

This morning, I had yogurt for breakfast.

For lunch, I had leftover chili with a Coke (sugar/caffeine).

I had a second Coke (sugar/caffeine). Not my best afternoon there.

For dinner, I had three slices of double pepperoni pizza and a Coke Zero (caffeine).

I took a short walk, because it's damned cold outside.
