The Weight Thing: Day 5

So, yesterday:

Had a protein shake for breakfast.

Bought a 12-pack of Coke for the office. Drank one (sugar/caffeine).

Got lunch at the Hibernian. I ate Irish stew with unsweetened iced tea and some grain bread.

Drank a Diet Mountain Dew after lunch. Had a bowl of 2-percent yogurt with strawberry jam in it as a snack.

For dinner, we drove to Southpoint in Durham for California Pizza Kitchen. I had artichoke dip with nacho chips and about half a buffalo chicken pizza, with one cup of Earl Grey (caffeine) and a glass of Pepsi (sugar/caffeine).

My walking routine last night consisted of trekking through Southpoint's parking lot because I had to park way the hell out in the boonies. (And it was drizzling. Whee!)

Fell asleep watching Citizen Kane.
